EU GREEN Canteen campaign

From October 20th to 30th, the EU GREEN Canteen Action Weeks will take place on the campus of Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. As part of this culinary initiative, the Unicampus Canteen team will prepare one or two dishes from one of the eight EU GREEN partner countries every day. The goal is to showcase the diversity of European culinary cultures and simultaneously raise awareness of sustainable nutrition.

 

Each dish represents a partner country of the EU GREEN Alliance and was selected in collaboration with the respective universities. Whether Swedish veggie meatballs, Irish beef stew, Spanish chickpea pan, or French ragout – there's something for every taste. The menu with all EU GREEN dishes is available on the Studentenwerk website and here:

 

In addition to the culinary offerings, there are three additional events to which all students and staff are cordially invited:

 

Green Lunch – Making European Connections

📅 October 23rd and 28th, each at 12:00 PM

📍 Meeting point: In front of the cafeteria

Eating together, chatting, and building European networks – the Green Lunch focuses on exchange.
