5 - 8 p.m. - Karate and Kenjutsu (sword fighting) taster courses
Our karate club invites you to a one-hour free taster training in karate and/or kenjutsu. The taster training is offered at three times:
- 5 - 6 pm,
- 18 - 19 o'clock and
- 7 - 8 pm.
Our club is very focused on Japanese culture and traditions of Budo (martial arts). Physical health and spiritual development are our main focus - to bring body and mind in harmony. Get to know us and our offers in a relaxed training and open conversations. We are looking forward to meeting you!
